Will there be food available to purchase during the breaks?

Yes! There will be food trucks on site with plenty of yummy options to choose from. We’ll also have coffee available for purchase. You’re welcome to pack your own food and snacks if you prefer, and there are lots of great food spots nearby if you'd like to head off site during the breaks.

Where will the Gathering take place?

The Gathering take place every year at HopeUC - Hope Unlimited Church Charmhaven. 164 Pacific Hwy, Charmhaven NSW 2263 in Australia.

What are the parking options at Gathering?

We have limited parking available on site at 164 Pacific Highway, Charmhaven. Due to recent wet weather, some parking areas are unusable, so we recommend allowing plenty of extra time to find a car park nearby. You’re welcome to drop off passengers at the front entrance before parking.

Carpooling is strongly encouraged, and please avoid parking in nearby business carparks, as these are reserved for their customers.

What about children under the age of 3?

For mums and dads with babies and toddlers, we have a Parent Lounge which is located just outside of the main auditorium.

This is a quiet space for you to feed and settle your precious ones and has a live video feed, so you don’t miss a moment of the Gathering. A nappy changing station is available for your use in the accessible toilet, just down the hallway.

When sitting in the auditorium, please sit at the end of a row, or near the doors, so you can exit easily as needed.

And, if you need to bring a pram with you, the Parent Lounge is the place you can park it.

Can my child come to Gathering if they have additional needs?

Absolutely! There is an option to let us know when you are registering your child. One of our team will then contact you. We want you and your family to have the best experience at Gathering!

Do you have a Kid's program for children aged 3 -5?

Yes! We have a special Junior Kids Gathering designed just for preschoolers aged 3–5. It’s a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where our team of dedicated leaders will care for your child while helping them experience God’s presence in a way that’s just right for their age.

The program runs alongside all main Gathering sessions, with drop-off 30 minutes before each session and pick-up within 15 minutes of the session ending. Morning tea and afternoon tea are provided, but parents will need to pack a labelled lunch, water bottle, and spare clothes.

If your child is toilet training or requires assistance, you may be contacted during the day to support them. We can't wait to welcome your little one!

Do you have a Kid's program for Primary school aged children?

Yes! Our Primary Kids Gathering is designed for children in Kindergarten to Year 6. It's a full and fun program that runs during all main Gathering sessions, led by a passionate team of leaders who are ready to create a safe, engaging, and faith-filled experience.

Drop-off opens 30 minutes before each session, and pick-up is within 15 minutes after each session ends. We'll provide morning tea and afternoon tea, but parents will need to pack a labelled lunch, water bottle, and any extra snacks their child may need.

Kids will stay in the program throughout the day, including the final Saturday session, so there’s no need to collect them early. We’re believing for powerful moments in God’s presence and lots of fun along the way!
